Afin de compléter son maillage territorial et d’élargir l’offre de sa filière TP/EAU, Samse est en discussion avancée et exclusive pour acquérir la société Gemoise. Celle-ci, distributeur de matériaux pour le bâtiment et les Travaux Publics, a réalisé 29,4 millions d’euros de chiffre d’affaires en 2022. L’opération pourrait être finalisée au cours des trois prochains mois.
